I'm looking for a new owner to own iPost-It PERMANANTLY but letting me use it once in a while to take some control.
Here are the requirements...

1.Proffesional Layouts
2.You Must Know Your HTML
3.You Must Know How to Use iFrames and CSS Tables
4.You Must Know How To Code Layouts
5.You Must Be Original
6.You Must Be Able To Make Your Own Blended Graphics
7.You Must Have A Clean Record(cause I sure don't...)
8.Must Know How To Stick To A Theme
9.Must Be Organized
10.Must Have Some History With Other Sites
11.Must Be The Ages Of 10-15
12.Must be able to Update Very Often
13.You NEVER Stole From Other People'S Sites
14.You HAVE to Advertize my new site,Strawberry-Romance.piczo.com on every page in the best way in which everyone can see it

So those requirements are tough right?
Well I don't just want some confident people THINKING they are all that ^^...
I want you to make an audition site on piczo showing me all the requirements or atleast 3 of those requirements.
I also want you to tell me your plans for iPost-It and what you have to offer for me and others for the site.
